ADTS Sample Set

This is a sample collection containing 16 HH-polarization scenes drawn from three ADTS missions. The data was collected over Stockbridge, New York, and contains armored vehicles in various scenarios. Targets include the M-55 howitzer, the M-60 & M-48 tanks, and the M-59, M-84, and M-113 armored personnel carriers.

1. M78, Pass 1 -- 4 Scene(s) (Frames 21, 22, 23, & 24)
2. M78, Pass 7 -- 3 Scene(s) (Frames 22, 23, & 24)
3. M78, Pass 8 -- 3 Scene(s) (Frames 20, 21, & 22)
4. M85, Pass 3 -- 1 Scene(s) (Frame 21)
5. M90, Pass 5 -- 5 Scene(s) (Frames 26, 27, 104, 105, & 106)

Each image is stored in compressed 8-8-4 format and contains 1-2 image headers plus the image data itself: The download size of each image scene is approximately 3 MBytes. When converted to 64-bit complex, its size grows to 10+ MBytes. The data is also stored in Sun big-endian byte order. If you intend to use the data on a machine using a different byte-order, you will have to byteswap the data.
